Vivekananda Institute of Education

Building

A colossus building of the Institute is in Vivekananda Vidyapeeth Campus and the Vivekananda Institute of Education is constructed in 3000 Sq. mt. area. It has been designed by Raipur’s famous architect Mr. R.K. Jain. The institute has its own building specially designed for running teacher education courses. It has big classrooms with proper ventilation, separate large area for common assembly is there with lush green garden in front of the building.

Library

The Institute has its own library located in the premises. The library has 2542 books, reference materials, surveys of education, 132 digital content (Educational Software), educational audio CDs and Cassettes. The institution is subscribing educational journals. Along with this we have another library in our campus (Vidyapeeth library) having 16747 books.

Laboratory

Without proper laboratory practical knowledge is not possible, so, for this purpose different well developed pedagogy labs are present. Separate psychological and educational technology labs are also available for the teacher-trainee.
